Clothing
Refunds/exchange minus shipping costs available within 30 days from date of the order being shipped from our facility.
Returned articles must be unworn/unwashed, with tags intact. You may try on the article briefly but there must be no deodorant/other stains, or noticeable odors left on the article.
If the article is returned in an unsatisfactory fashion, the order will be shipped back to the customer and no refund or exchange will be issued.
It is up to the customer to pay for the shipping required for the return/exchange and the refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the article. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
For exchanges, the customer will be sent an invoice for the shipping cost to send the new item to the customer.
Jewelry
Refunds/exchange minus shipping costs available on unopened/unworn jewellery within 30 days from date of the order being shipped from our facility.
Each piece must be returned in original packaging and condition.
It is up to the customer to pay for the shipping required for the return/exchange and the refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the piece(s).
There is no guarantee/warranty provided on color change/oxidation on precious metal/other pieces as this varies based on the wearer’s environment and storage conditions, as it does with jewellery from any source.
International Returns:
All rules stated above apply but additionally, it is up to the customer to appropriately fill out the correct customs/declaration forms when returning items to us.
Note: for all return/refund inquiries, you must contact us via the e-mail address located at the bottom of the packing slip included with your order and allow us to reply prior to returning your items in order for us to issue an RMA number. Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted. We recommend that you indicate on the forms that the package is a return of purchased goods.
